ARCHBISHOP'S ANNUAL VISITATION
"The vocation to the ordained priesthood in our Church is not for selfish, or petty, or complacent people. The place the priest holds in our community is too significant, too important and too influential in the lives of God's people for it to be taken up by men whose hearts have not been deeply touched and transformed by an ongoing encounter with the Lord. But we must all learn to know and live from the depths of this truth: that our real strength comes not from us but from God."
(From the Archbishop's Homily at Mass)
Archbishop Timothy Costelloe has made his Annual Visitation on the Vigil of the Feast of St. Charles Borromeo, Patron of the Seminary. The Archbishop presided over at the Celebration of the Most Holy Eucharist and joined the community for Dinner. The seminary community was pleased to present to him the updated seminary website.
